These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MowMap mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using MowMap, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
MowMap provides educational and planning tools for residential lawn care, including weather insights, maps, calculators, logs, AI chat (Hallie / Rudy), and optional premium features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
MowMap is for informational purposes. Conditions, product suggestions, and AI responses are not a substitute for licensed agronomy, pest control, or safety advice. You are responsible for following product labels, local laws, and safe practices.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen or the membership screen.
Paid features, if offered, are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies. Live prices and renewal terms shown in the app come from the App Store at purchase time.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload our systems, or use MowMap for unlawful purposes. You may report AI responses that appear harmful or inappropriate using the in-app Report control.
MowMap, its branding, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host and process it to operate the service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR LAWN/TURF OUTCOMES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF MOWMAP.
You may stop using MowMap at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated date in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
